I'm getting a connection timeout error when using FTP. (m)

FTP Timeout - If you get this error it means it has been more than 300 seconds since your last action on the FTP server. All our servers have a 300 second limit set on FTP inactivity. In order to keep the server load down, this limit will not be raised.
